Principal's Corner

Greetings Tigers!

We are lucky to have parents who get involved and volunteer at TMSA. We had two events organized by our parents: Black History Month Luncheon and CISCO Technology Day.  We thank to our parent volunteers for their time and effort for making these events posibble.

Today we had our lunch with students of the month, their parents, and the teacher of the month. If you didn’t get a chance to be with us with these lunches, please ask around to get more information so that you can encourage your child to become a student of the month.

This weekend our chess and odyssey of the mind teams are competing in their regionals. We wish them good luck and hope to see some medals and trophies on Monday.

Next week we will have our Scholastic Book Fair. We will start with a sneak peek tomorrow morning and will have events for the parents during the week. Our purpose with this book fair is to encourage our student to read. This will along with the reading program during the dismissal Mr. Yasar and Ms. Matal starting on Monday.

Finally, we are working on our building project as planned. Site plan is being finalized so that the application to the Town Cary in two weeks. Interior designs are also being done simultaneously.  Once they are finalized, they will be made available for the parents to see at the front office.

I wish TMSA Family a happy weekend!
