Temporary Location

First of all, thank you for your patience on the location issue. We would like to update you on our search for building.

As you may know this is a fast-track school project granted approval in March with the provision to open the doors to our students in August, thus making the time as the outmost important factor determining the overall process.  We’ve shared with our prospective parents and the community, Triangle Math and Science Academy (TMSA) has been looking for a school building in and around Town of Cary. After a meticulous search, we’ve identified a perfect building that is close to the airport and started negations immediately. However, due to zoning and special use permit issues coupled with major construction factor that may delay the opening date; we decided to move into a temporary building with existing school use permit just to be able to open our school on time. Our temporary building is a former charter school building, located at 207 E. Hargett Street Raleigh, adjacent to Marbles Kids Museum, by being located in downtown; it offers a number of advantages as well.

Enrollment Lottery Results

Application deadline to be included in the lottery was Monday April 9th. We had our lottery at Herbert C. Young Community Center in Cary on April 11th. Any applications received after the deadline will be placed at the bottom of the waiting list and we will contact parents as spots become available.

We’re in the process of opening an office to invite parents to complete the registration process. As soon as the office is ready parents will be emailed inviting them to complete the enrollment.
